About Tessa

Tessa is the heart of Heartwork Studio — running the space day-to-day and bringing warmth and intention to everything she touches. Together with Amy, she has shaped a studio that feels genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in — with a particular passion for empowering mothers to return to the workforce and build work they love.

About Amy

Amy is the backbone of Heartwork Studio. She handles all the business, finance, and administration — the things that make the studio reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Amy also manages reception and is often the first person you'll speak to when you reach out. Whether you're a practitioner enquiring about hiring a room, or a client looking for the right person to see, Amy will point you in the right direction.

She co-founded Heartwork Studio with Tessa, drawn by the same belief that everyone deserves a space where real, meaningful work can happen.

About Mohini

Hi, I'm Mohini. I grew up in the Northern Rivers and returned home after a stint in the Northern Territory and then Sydney to complete my studies at Macquarie University. I'm passionate about helping people of all abilities reach their communication and swallowing goals, in ways that feel positive and meaningful to them.

I take a neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+-inclusive approach and adore getting to know each client and their wonderful support teams. My experience spans schools, childcare, disability, aged care, private clinics, Aboriginal health, and community visits.

I'm also a registered provider of the Sounds-Write Literacy Program, the Lidcombe Program for stuttering, and the SPEAK OUT® program for Parkinson's-related voice disorders. And outside of work — I'm a mother of two, sci-fi enthusiast, pasta lover, and a total book worm!
